I would never buy another vehicle from this place. There was a price discrepancy for our vehicle. Then when they reduced the price to fix the discrepancy we thought everything would go smooth. The same day we drove it off the lot the light went on for the tire pressure sensor, followed by the check engine light. We contacted kunes and they said they'd take care of it. We assumed since we we just purchased it they would fix the problems with no charge. Instead we were billed over $500. My fiance tried to speak with a manager or supervisor, but conveniently no-one was available. Later that evening we got a call asking us to return because the cashier made a mistake and we owed $30 more (that's not our problem). I have purchased 3 vehicles from other dealerships and never had such poor customer service. They said they wanted repeat customers. when a vehicle you claimed to inspect has three malfunctions the day it's driven off the lot I have to believe it's not a coincidence, especially when going for a test ride the guy used the remote start and said "Well that's good, we know the check engine light isn't on because it won't work if it is on." I planned on getting another vehicle next year but will go elsewhere to a dealership I trust and have had good experiences at.

Absolutely a great experience from start to finish. My salesperson was Lana, she was a pleasure to work with. I was straight forward with her and she was with me also. I can't stress how refreshing and important that is to me regarding a buyer and salesperson relationship. Not to mention she was also super great with my kids. She put me in a car that fits my family's needs and was also a fantastic price point. The sales team exceeded my expectations and I honestly could not have asked for a better experience.
